Last in the Goal: Action
Strategy processes are Actions. And ACTION is the ONLY way to produce a RESULT (Goals).
Make your Actions Specific and Measurable. The Quantity and Quality of your Actions are what you will want to measure and be mindful of. Are the number of Actions sufficient for the Goal to be accomplished? Are you taking Action at a time when you’re best able to produce a result? Set 3 Actions per Goal/Strategy and put them on your calendar so that it will ensure you take them.
